The Milan restaurant is located on Stoja, within the Milan Hotel complex in Pula, near Pula's most beautiful promenade, Lungo mare. Beside the steady quality of offer and service, it boasts an excellent location. Namely, it is located near the beach, but it is also very close to the city center.
The managers took all efforts and created an authentic Mediterranean experience, in accordance with high European standards. The family hotel has 12 rooms, and this family restaurant has been among the finest Croatian establishments of this kind for the past forty years. Milan Restaurant was repeatedly pronounced one of the finest Croatian restaurants.
The elegantly decorated interior of the restaurant is dominated by a fireplace and carefully selected works of art. The offer is based on fish, Italian and local cuisine, and the dishes are prepared according to high gastronomic standards. The extensive wine list boasts a selection of 150 foreign and domestic wines, including Istrian hits like Pilat or Degrassi.
The menu consists of numerous fish delicacies like the traditional angler with polenta or lobster lasagna. The selection of high quality fish and shells is always rich, and the offer includes various pastas and risottos. Scampi risotto is excellently prepared in Milan, and the imaginative truffle specialties are not far behind in terms of taste.
