PDP breaks coalition with DUI

9.4.2007 | Source/Author PressCut

PDP leaders decided to break the coalition with DUI, but two PDP deputies continue to support DUI leader Ali Ahmeti. The reason for breaking the Albanian coalition is the failure of DUI-PDP to realize the interests and promises given to their voters.

Two deputies, Safet Neziri and Blerim Bedzeti, disagree with the decision, and they are yet to decide whether to join Ahmeti or act as independent deputies in the Parliament. PDP reports that deputies need to support the decision by the party’s leaders and act accordingly.
