Zrenjanin-based Jugoremedija pharmaceutical company plans to buy Luksol factory shares, which would turn it into its major stakeholder, Zdravko Deuric, Jugoremedija Board Chair said. He announced the purchase of additional 20 percent of shares which would make Jugoremedija the major owner of 59 percent of Luksol.

After the failed privatization of Jugoremedija this investment ought to introduce such standards as GMP system.  It will also be demanded of the state to punish those guilty for not meeting the requirements of the investment contract, which provided for an earlier introduction of the highest pharmaceutical standards.
