Rodoljub Draskovic buys Euro Food

Owner of Swisslion Takovo Rodoljub Draškovic has acquired Croatian company Euro Food, based in Sisak, for EUR 20 million, reported Belgrade business daily Biznis on Thursday. Draskovic said he intended to strengthen Swisslion’s position in Croatia through the company that processes food and vegetables and produces biscuits.

Euro Food was founded in 2001 as importer of confectionery products and producer of the Croatian version of “Jaffa cakes”.
