Croatia’s Viro Raises Stake in Sladorana Unit to 79.2%

Croatian blue-chip sugar maker Viro said on Wednesday it has increased the stake it holds in its Sladorana unit to 79.2% after a buyout. Viro acquired 86,891 Sladorana shares in the buyout process, equivalent to a stake of 2.63%, and now owns 2,619,429 shares in the company, it said in a bourse filing.
