Dioki shares sold

Dioki has sold 6,000 shares, (0.1484 of total equity), between 5th and 12th April in an extrajudicial settlement, in accordance with the directive of Raiffeisenbank Austria, the claimant. The shares, as a secured claim, had been pledged to settle liabilities of the claimant. Following this, Dioki currently has 223,683 shares, 5.5339% of company equity capital, according to the Zagreb Stock Exchange report.
