Moody's Assigns (P)B2 to Croatia's Agrokor New Notes, Outlook Stable

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned on Wednesday a provisional (P)B2 rating to the senior notes worth 300 million euro ($393 million) issued by Croatian privately-owned concern Agrokor, due in 2019.

The outlook on Agrokor's ratings remains stable, the ratings agency said in a statement.
