Montenegro's Pomorski Saobracaj Hikes Capital by 590,000 Euro

Montenegrin maritime transport company Pomorski Saobracaj said on Friday it has raised its share capital by some 590,000 euro ($783,120) to over 8.89 million euro, the Montenegrin bourse announced on Friday.

Pomorski Saobracaj has issued 4,958 new shares with a nominal value of 119 euro each, the Montenegro Stock Exchange said on its website.
