Croatia's Laguna Novigrad Shareholders To Vote on Distribution of 2011 Earnings on May 31

Croatian hotel operator Laguna Novigrad said on Friday it plans to retain 5.13 million kuna ($900,500/684,900 euro) from last year's profit of 9.65 million kuna.

A further 482,404 kuna are planned to be allocated to reserves, the company said in a statement posted on the website of the Zagreb bourse.
