Oslo Court Rules Slovenia's Krka Breached Esomeprazole Patent

Slovenian blue-chip drug maker Krka said a ruling handed down by a Norwegian court has found the company in breach of a patent for proton pump inhibitor esomeprazole with high optical purity. The first-instance decision is not final and Krka will appeal, the Slovenian company said in a bourse filing on Monday.
