Bosnia's Federation To Offer for Sale Majority Stakes in Local Cos Sipad, Unis

Bosnia's Muslim-Croat Federation said it plans to privitize state-owned stakes in local foreign trade firm Sipad Export Import and in metal processing company Unis.

The state's entire stake of 66.567% in Sipad will be offered to investors through a direct sale process that will be conducted by the Privatization Agency, the Federation government said in a statement on Monday.
