Croatia's Nava Banka Completes Cap Hike - Central Depository

Croatia's Nava Banka has completed raising its issued capital by 15 million kuna ($2.6 million/2.0 million euro) to 72.7 million kuna, the country's Central Depository and Clearing Company, SKDD, said on Tuesday.

The lender has issued 150,000 preferred shares, each with nominal value of 100 kuna, the SKDD said on its website.
