Serbia’s Kikinda Municipality To Get Biomass-fired CHP Plant

Serbia's Kikinda municipality, localed in the northern Vojvodina province, has signed with partners a memorandum of understanding for the construction of a biomass-fired combined heat and power (CHP) plant, the provincial investment promotion fund said.

The agreement was signed by the head of the municipality, Ilija Vojinovic, the head of the Mitteleuropa foundation, Giuseppe Forlanelli, and Gena Nikolic from the company General Projekt, the Vojvodina Investment Promotion Fund said on its website on Monday.
