Slovenia's Abanka Vipa Eyes 50 Mln Euro Cap Hike

Slovenia's Abanka Vipa said on Wednesday it will seek the approval of its shareholders for a capital increase of 50 million euro ($66.1 million) via the issue of new shares.

A maximum of 7,142,858 shares are planned to be issued in a public offering at a price of 7.0 euro apiece, the lender said in a bourse filing after its supervisory board approved the move.
