U.S. Interactive Intelligence Group Enters Romania

U.S. provider of solutions for contact centres Interactive Intelligence Group said on Wednesday it is entering the Romanian market, eyeing a market share of 50% in the financial sector in the next three or four years.

Interactive Intelligence Group also plans to open a subsidiary in Romania in less than two years, it said in a statement.
