Romania’s capital market regulator CNVM said it has approved the preliminary prospect for the initial public offering (IPO) of a 20% stake in flag carrier Tarom on the Bucharest bourse.
Romania plans to sell some 163 million shares with a nominal value of 2.5 lei ($0.7575/0.5714 euro) each, according to the preliminary prospect, approved by CNVM last week.
