EBRD Lends 150 Mln Euro for Key Transport Link in Bosnia

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) said on Thursday it is extending a 150 million euro ($198 million) sovereign-guaranteed loan for the construction of a part of the new Banja Luka-Doboj motorway in Bosnia.

This segment is the main east-west link in the Serb Republic, one of the country’s two autonomous entities. The other one is the Muslim-Croat Federation.
