New Office Supply in Bucharest To Rise 12% in 2012 - DTZ Echinox

Romanian real estate consultancy DTZ Echinox said on Thursday it sees the planned office supply in the capital Bucharest rising by 12% this year to around 100,000 square metres.

In the first quarter alone, the new office supply was just 2,500 square metres, represented by the completion of the Barbu Vacarescu Offices scheme, developed by Expert RoInvest Development, DTZ Echinox said in its report Property Times Offices - Romania...
