The Montenegrin government said on Thursday it has revised the country's budget for 2012 and is proposing the introduction of several new taxes in a bid to boost revenues.
Budget expenditures are revised down by 16 million euro ($21.2 million) and the budget deficit target is set at 86.7 million euro, equal to 2.5% of gross domestic product, thus staying within the Maastricht criteria, the government said in a statement.
