Romania sold on Thursday 226 million lei ($68.2 million/51.6 million euro) worth of 15-year Treasury notes, above its 200 million lei offer, as yields fell, the central bank said.
The average yield was 6.58%, down from 6.98% at the previous auction on February 23, the central bank, which sells government securities on behalf of the finance ministry, said in a statement.
