Serbia's NIS Plans To Start up Pancevo Refinery MHC/DHT Unit in Nov

Serbian oil company NIS said it plans to start up in November a new mild hydrocracking and hydrotreatment (MHC/DHT) complex at its Pancevo oil refinery.

The new complex will change the production quality parameters of the refinery with the bottom-of-the-barrel conversion rate increasing to 84% while the share of high-quality light petroleum products will reach 76%, NIS said in a statement on Wednesday.
