Croatia’s Petrokemija Issues 42 Mln Kuna (5.6 Mln Euro) Commercial Papers

Croatian mineral fertiliser producer Petrokemija [ZSE:PTKM-R-A] said on Friday it has issued a 17th tranche of 364-day commercial papers worth a nominal 42 million kuna ($7.4 million/5.6 million euro).

Twenty-seven investors participated in the total release with the following structure: 74.4% mutual funds, insurance companies 10%, pension funds 7.2%, banks 4.8% and others 3.6%, Petrokemija said in a bourse filing.
