Hungary’s MKB Bank Raises Stake in Romania’s MKB Romexterra Leasing

Hungarian financial group MKB said it raised the share capital of its Romanian unit MKB Romexterra Leasing to 41.7 million lei ($12.2 million/9.4 million euro) from 33.1 million lei.

Following the capital hike, MKB Bank’s stake in the leasing company increased to 95.85% from 94.77%, the bank said on Thursday in a statement posted on the Budapest bourse's website.
