Bulgaria's Unicredit Bulbank To Pay 0.21 Euro/Share in 2011 Dividend

Bulgaria's UniCredit Bulbank said on Friday its shareholders approved a proposal to pay a 2011 dividend of 0.41 levs ($0.27/0.21 euro) per share. The bank will distribute nearly 118.3 million levs as dividends, or 52% of its 2011 net profit, UniCredit Bulbank said in a statement.
