Romania's SSIF Broker Q1 Net Profit Up 86% Y/Y

Romanian brokerage SSIF Broker [BSE:BRK] said on Friday its first-quarter net profit grew by 86% on the year to 4.25 million lei ($1.2 million/957,000 euro).

The company's turnover fell by 10.7% last year due to lower average transaction fees and a 2.8% annual decrease of the turnover of transactions managed by SSIF Broker, the company said in a statement.
