Slovenia's NLB Turns to Cons Loss in Q1

Slovenian financial services group NLB said it turned to a loss of 34.6 million euro ($43.95 million) in the first quarter of 2012 from a net profit of 3.9 million euro a year earlier.

The group earned profit before provisions totalling 58.2 million euro through March but the bottomline suffered by the scope of established impairments and provisions in the amount of 98 million euro, NLB said in an unaudited quarterly financial report...
