Slovenian Steel Group SIJ Net Profit Surges in 2011 - Media

Slovenian steel group SIJ raised its net profit more than fourfold to 17 million euro ($21.6 million) in 2011, Ljubljana-based media reported, quoting SIJ chairman Tibor Simonka as saying on Wednesday.

The group generated 770 million euro in revenues last year, up 29% from 2010, state-run news agency STA (www.sta.si) reported on its website...
