Hypo Alpe Adria Bank Puts Deutsche Bank in Charge of Re-privatisation of SEE Network

 Austria's Hypo Alpe Adria Bank (HAAB) said on Monday Deutsche Bank has been selected in a multi-stage tender process to run the re-privatisation of its South East European (SEE) network as an investment bank and begin with the preparatory works.

The deal with Deutsche Bank marks the first step towards the reprivatisation of HAAB's SEE network and the associated steering holding in Austria, the Austrian bank said in a statement.
