Croatia plans to complete in the second half of next year a study to assess the feasibility of a liquefied natural gas (LNG) terminal concept on the Adriatic island of Krk, state-owned gas transmission system operator Plinacro said.
The reason for the planned LNG concept is a delay in the activities of the Adria LNG consortium and the uncertainties concerning their project, Plinacro confirmed for SeeNews in an email on Tuesday.
