Moldova's Jan-Apr Freight Traffic Volume Falls 19% Y/Y

The volume of Moldova's railway, road, river and air freight traffic fell 19.1% on the year to 2.17 million tonnes in the first four months of 2012, the country's statistics bureau said on Tuesday. Calculated in freight tonne-kilometres (FTK), the traffic decreased by 11.1% to some 974.2 million FTK in the January-April period.
