Slovenia's NKBM Q1 Cons Net Profit Drops 72% Y/Y

Slovenian blue-chip lender NKBM said on Tuesday its consolidated net profit fell 72% on the year to 1.45 million euro ($1.8 million) in the first quarter of 2012. The group generated net interest income of 33 million euro over the review period, down 7.0% from a year earlier, the bank said in a statement posted on the website of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange.
