Stake of 1.49% in Romania’s Ceramica Trades on Bourse

A total of 1.7 million shares, equal to a stake of 1.49% in Romanian brick and tile maker Ceramica, was traded for 2.04 million lei ($584,300/457,900 euro) on the over-the-counter market RASDAQ, bourse data showed.

The shares changed hands in one block deal at a price of 1.2 lei each, Bucharest Stock Exchange data indicated.
