Macedonia’s NLB Tutunska Banka Q1 Net Profit Rises 6.0% Y/Y

Macedonia’s NLB Tutunska Banka said its net profit rose to 112.8 million denars ($2.3 million/1.8 million euro) in the first quarter of 2012 from 106.7 million denars a year earlier.

Net interest income rose 23% on the year to 512.8 million denars through March while net and provision income edged down 1.0% to 187.5 million denars, the bank said in a statement sent to the Macedonian Securities and Exchange Commission.
