Turkey’s Topcelik To Take over Montenegro's Zeljezara This Week

Turkey's Topcelik should sign a deal to take over Montenegrin insolvent steel mill Zeljezara Niksic by Friday, local media reported quoting the court-appointed administrator, Veselin Perisic.

Topcelik, part of Tosyali Holding, won a public auction for Zeljezara Niksic at the end of April, offering to pay 15.1 million euro ($18.9 million), or 100,000 euro above the starting price, Montenegrin broadcaster RTCG (www.rtcg.me) said on Saturday.
