Montenegro’s Prva Banka Q1 Net Loss Widens

The net loss of Montenegro’s Prva Banka Crne Gore widened to 1.4 million euro ($1.7 million) in the first quarter of 2012 from 238,000 euro a year earlier, data of the Central Bank of Montenegro (CBM) showed.

The bank's net interest income rose to 2.5 million euro in the first three months of 2012 from 1.8 million euro a year earlier, data from the CBM website indicated.
