Slovenia's Abanka Vipa Shareholders Back Cap Hike

Slovenia's Abanka Vipa said on Thursday its shareholders have approved plans for a capital increase of 50 million euro ($62 million) through the issue of no-par value shares.

Up to 29.81 million euro from the offering proceeds will be used to increase share capital, while the balance will become portion of the paid-in share premium, the lender said in a bourse filing.
