Moody's Investors Service said on Friday it has changed the outlook for Croatia's Baa3 local- and foreign currency bond ratings to negative from stable.
One of the two factors behind the decision was related to the heightened uncertainties about Croatia's short- and medium-term economic growth prospects arising from an impaired economic model and an export sector that is constrained by the significant uncertainty about the depth and duration of the ongoing euro area recession, Moody's said in a statement.
