Bulgaria’s Enemona Sells 10% Stake in Local Artanes Mining Group

SOFIA (Bulgaria), June 1 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian engineering, construction and energy group Enemona [BUL:E4A] said it sold a 10% stake in local mineral mining company Artanes Mining Group to Sofia France Auto, the main importer of Peugeot automobiles in the country.

Enemona sold 200,000 shares in Artanes Mining Group for a total of 200,000 levs ($126,800/102,300 euro) in a deal realized outside the regulated market on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the energy group said in a bourse filing on Thursday.
