The postal services market in Croatia fell 1.5% on the year in terms of volume in the first quarter of 2012, with operators processing a total of 87.9 million pieces, the country's telecoms regulator, HAKOM, said on Friday.
Universal postal services accounted for 57% of the market volume in the first quarter of 2012 with other postal services accounting for the remainder, HAKOM said in a statement.
