Slovenia's Luka Koper Seeks Shareholder Nod for Stock Buyback

Slovenian port operator Luka Koper said on Friday it is seeking the backing of its shareholders for plans to repurchase up to 1.4 million own shares on the stock market.

The proposal will be voted on at a shareholders' meeting on July 9, the company said in a bourse filing.
