Croatia’s AD Plastik Plans 2011 Dividend of 8.0 Kuna (1.1 Euro)/Share

Croatian plastic goods maker AD Plastik [ZSE:ADPL-R-A] said it plans to pay a dividend of 8.0 kuna ($1.3/1.1 euro) per share for 2011. The proposal will be voted on at a general shareholders’ meeting scheduled for July 19, the company said week in a bourse filing.
