Slovenia's Petrol Inks Two Assignable Loan Agreements with Raiffeisen Bank Intl

Slovenian energy company Petrol said on Wednesday it has signed two Schuldscheindarlehen, assignable loan agreements, with Raiffeisen Bank International AG acting as arranger and paying agent in the total amount of 30 million euro ($37.5 million).

In essence, a Schuldscheindarlehen is a loan privately placed with investors, unlisted and governed by German law.
