Slovenia’s Zavarovalnica Triglav To Pay 2011 Gross Dividend of 0.70 Euro/Share

Slovenian insurer Zavarovalnica Triglav said on Wednesday it will pay a gross dividend of 0.70 euro ($0.88) per share for 2011.

The company will distribute as dividends a total of 15.9 million euro out of its end-2011 accumulated profit of 93.3 million euro, it said in a bourse filing.
