Croatia’s Borik Plans To Cut Core Capital

Croatian hotel operator Borik said on Thursday it plans to cut its core capital by 135.7 million kuna ($23 million/18 million euro) to 4.7 million kuna to cover losses from previous years.

The company will decrease its core capital by cutting the nominal value of its shares to 10 kuna from 300 kuna, Borik said in a bourse filing.
