Stake of 5.0% in Romania's Chimpex Trades on Bucharest OTC Mkt

A stake of 5.0% in Romanian port operator Chimpex traded for 5.5 million lei ($1.6 million/1.2 million euro) on the over-the-counter market RASDAQ on Thursday, bourse data showed.

A total of 563,300 Chimpex shares changed hands in one block deal at a price of 9.8 lei each, stock exchange data indicated.
