Private Investor Launches 8.0 Mln Euro HPP in Albania

A private investor launched an 8.0 million euro ($10.1 million) hydropower plant (HPP) near Gramsh, in southern Albania, the government said on Friday. In 2007 Albania's economy ministry signed a concession contract for the construction of the Tervol HPP with local company Ble-Klo-Ar.
