Steel Group Tenaris Opens $60 Mln Production Line in Romania

Luxembourg-based steel group Tenaris said on Friday it has opened a $60 million (48 million euro) finishing line for boiler tubes at its seamless tubes mill in the town of Zalau, in northwestern Romania.

The group also plans to complete a $50 million threading facility for tubes used in the oil and gas industry in the country in 2013, Tenaris said in a statement.
