Romanian Stock Indices Close Up, Turnover Jumps

The Romanian stock indices gained further ground on Friday as turnover increased, stock exchange data indicated. The blue-chip BET index gained 2.18% to 4,528.16 points. The BET-FI, which tracks Romania's five regional investment funds, the SIFs, and property restitution fund Fondul Proprietatea [BSE:FP], appreciated by 2.30% to 20,322.52 points.
