EVN's buyout plans for EVN Bulgaria Elektrorazpredelenie hit temporary setback

Bulgaria's financial regulator said it has temporarily barred Austrian energy group EVN from publishing a buyout offer to the minority shareholders in EVN Bulgaria Elektrorazpredelenie [BUL:EV6].

The decision was taken at a meeting held on June 27, the Financial Supervision Commission said in a statement published on its website, giving no reasons for the temporarily ban.
