Bosnian court launches bankruptcy proceedings against Izolater – bourse

A Bosnian commercial district court launched bankruptcy proceedings against construction company Izolater, the bourse in Banja Luka said on Tuesday.

The court decided on June 27 to institute bankruptcy proceedings as the company is unable to pay 369,900 marka ($239,400/189,100 euro) of outstanding liabilities, the court in Trebinje said in a filing with the Banja Luka Stock Exchange.
